Terms of Use

Last updated 13 October 2026

About these terms

Kitchen Stock is run by Pactly Private Limited, a company registered in Singapore with UEN 201718364C. By creating an account or using Kitchen Stock you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Kitchen Stock

Kitchen Stock is for households in Singapore and is not offered to people living in the European Union or the United Kingdom. You can create an account if you are 18 or over. People aged 13 to 17 can join only through an invitation from a parent or guardian in their household, and that parent or guardian agrees to these terms for them. Children under 13 cannot have an account.

A free beta

Kitchen Stock is free while it is in beta. We may change features, set limits, or pause or stop the service. Where we can, we will give you notice before a change that affects you.

Your account and household

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. Everything in a household is shared with everyone in it. Household admins can invite and remove members, and you are responsible for the people you invite.

Recipes, food and safety

Kitchen Stock helps you plan meals. It does not give dietary, medical or nutrition advice. Recipes come from websites, videos, photos and AI, and they can contain mistakes in amounts, scaling, ingredients and steps. Always check ingredients for allergies and dietary needs, and use your own judgement about food safety and how food is cooked.

Content from other sites

Recipes shown in Discover belong to their creators. We show a title, a photo and a link, and send you to the creator’s site for the full recipe. When you import a recipe, keep it for your household’s own use and do not republish it. Creators can ask us to remove their content by writing to creators@kitchenstock.io.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store, process and show it so we can run Kitchen Stock for your household. Only add content you have the right to use. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Fair use

Do not try to see other households’ information, copy Kitchen Stock’s content in bulk, overload the service or use it for anything unlawful. We set daily limits on imports and invitations to keep the service working for everyone.

AI features

Some features use AI to read recipes, draw pictures and make suggestions. AI can be wrong, so check what it gives you. Pictures drawn by AI are marked, and you can hide them in your settings.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kitchen Stock at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to privacy@kitchenstock.io. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

Our responsibility

Kitchen Stock is provided as it is during the beta, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for what happens when you cook a recipe, and our total responsibility to you is limited to 100 Singapore dollars. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

If we make an important change to these terms, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Kitchen Stock after that, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore deal with any dispute.
