Exactly what the week needs comes home, and nothing else.

Plan the week and the list writes itself, every line priced at FairPrice, RedMart and Cold Storage with the total at the top. Nothing for the nights you are not cooking.

A broccoli line with prices at three shops and the cheapest pack marked
Broccoli for a salmon bowl, $3.36 at RedMart, $3.65 at FairPrice and $3.95 at Cold Storage. Real listed prices from one of our weeks in October.

What it does today

  1. One list from the whole week

Every ingredient from every recipe on the board, merged across recipes and units, sorted by aisle. Half a cabbage twice is one cabbage.

  2. Your usual shop, and the exceptions

Say where you usually shop and every line shows its price there, with the week’s total at the top. Mark a line “buy this here” when one thing comes from somewhere else.

  3. The cheapest pack that covers it

Open a line to see what the shop sells for it and what it costs for the amount you need. The cheapest fit is marked, and what you pick is remembered for next time.

  4. The week’s cost at each shop

Three totals side by side, FairPrice, RedMart and Cold Storage, so you choose the shop with the number in front of you. Prices are the shops’ listed prices, refreshed weekly.

  5. A list that keeps your ticks

The list is saved for the week. Change the board and it tells you; update it and your ticks, your edits and the lines you crossed out stay.

  6. Paste the order back

Paste the shop’s order confirmation and the list learns what you actually bought, so next week’s picks start from it.

Before you ask

Do I buy through the app?

Not yet. Each line opens the product on the shop’s own site, and your picks are remembered. Buying in one tap is next; say so below if you would use it.

Which countries?

The prices are for Singapore today. The board and the list work anywhere, and other countries follow one grocer at a time.

Are the prices right?

They are the shops’ listed prices, refreshed weekly, without promotions, delivery or minimum orders. Treat the total as a close estimate rather than a receipt.
